Has over 31 years of Experience in the ICT sector and he is the founder and CEO of Alliance Networks , focusing on Digital Infrastructure business in the region.
His previous experience includes senior leadership roles in Batelco such as Chief Global Business Officer, General Manager Enterprise Division, General Manager Products & Services, CEO Batelco Jordan, CEO Batelco Egypt, and Director of International Operation & Business Marketing. Mr. Daylami holds a Master’s in Business Administration, Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing and a BSc in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

His previous experience includes senior leadership roles in Batelco Bahrain, Batelco Jordan & Nuetel such as Director, Business and and Federal Wholesale, Director, Federal Business, Head of Global Sales & Business Development, Senior Manger, Service Management & PMO, Business Manager Data core Network Manager, multi service access network Development, Manager SMC and access transmission & Manager Transmission Network planning & Design.
Mr. Marhoon holds Higher National Diploma in Engineering, Diploma in Telecommunications & Postgraduate Certificate in Sport Management.

Has over 36 years of Experience in Telecom Networks development & operations, business strategy & Planning in addition to executive roles such as CEO, COO & CTO. His previous experience includes senior leadership roles in Batelco Bahrain, Batelco Jordan , Mena telecom, Etihad Atheeb Telecom Company (EATC-KSA) & Nuetel such as CEO , COO , CTO , VP Technology & Operation, GM Planning , Development & Implementation, Project Director for WIMAX Implementation, Head of Technology network strategy & Manager Transmission Networks Development.
Mr. Madan holds Master Diploma (MSC) in Information Technology Management (ITM), Higher National Diploma (HND) in Telecommunications, Diploma in Information Technology.
Has over 30 years of experience in corporate governance, internal auditing, enterprise risk management, fraud risks & whistleblowing, compliance, quality assurance, information security, business continuity and disaster recovery. Was Group Chief Internal Auditor for Batelco Group reporting to the Board Audit Committee of the group and to its 13 geographically scattered subsidiaries. He attained his academic bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting. He also attained CIA, CISA & CRMA professional qualifications from the USA. Currently, is Board member and Chairman of ARGC board committee in the Investrade investment company. Besides, he is board member and acting president in the Bahrain Internal Auditors Association (BIAA).
