Mr. Marhoon holds Higher National Diploma in Engineering, Diploma in Telecommunications & Postgraduate Certificate in Sport Management.

His previous experience includes senior leadership roles in Batelco Bahrain, Batelco Jordan , Mena telecom, Etihad Atheeb Telecom Company (EATC-KSA) & Nuetel such as CEO , COO , CTO , VP Technology & Operation, GM Planning , Development & Implementation, Project Director for WIMAX Implementation, Head of Technology network strategy & Manager Transmission Networks Development. Mr. Madan holds Master Diploma (MSC) in Information Technology Management (ITM), Higher National Diploma (HND) in Telecommunications, Diploma in Information Technology.
Has over 30 years of Experience in Business Strategy & Planning, Business Development, Assurance and Quality Services induding : & Admin Corporate Governance, Audit Committee Advisory, Internal Auditing, Enterprise Risk Management Internal Controls, Fraud Management, Compliance , Quality Assurance, Information System & Information Security and Business Continuity.
Held a designation of Batelco Group Chief Internal Auditor on level of C-Suite executive reporting to several Board Audit Committees across group of subsidiary operations in a diversified and scattered geographic continents. Was a board of director in the QualityNet, one of the Batelco’s subsidiaries, providing Internet Service (ISP) in the state of Kuwait. Mr. Sharif holds Bachelor degree in Finance as major from University of Saint Edward’s in Austin, Texas, USA., Batchlor degree in Accounting as minor from University of Bahrain, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) from Institute of Internal Auditors, USA. ,Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from Information Systems and Controls Association (ISACA) & Certified Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) from the Institute of Internal Auditors, USA.
